As the above evidence suggests, I can’t rave enough about this book. And, so yeah, I may have been spotted reading this book in my car while while sitting at red lights.

It gives a lot of hands-on advice, like giving yourself mcgonkgal minute gap before you can have the object of desire, taking five minutes to focus only on inhaling and exhaling, putting a candybowl out to strengthen your willpower etc.
